For ©GRAN3DAD, accompanying this organization has been much more than an identity project. It has meant entering into an honest conversation about how to change, from the core, the way of being in the world.
The process, both courageous and committed, today has a clear face: Teresa Milà. This project is also an act of continuity. Years ago, the Board of Directors laid the foundations for it. Today, they remain present, supporting this process of conscious evolution with the same conviction.
In this First Phase, ©GRAN3DAD, we transformed the structural space by creating 2 cohabitation units, aligned with the new identity and shared objective, reorganizing the team so that it matches the reality already being lived within. An environment that is not conceived as a structure, but as an extension of a real commitment to the people who choose to live there, and to the functionality of integrating facilitating tools for all actors involved.
