The Centre Geriàtric Lleida IFEEL is located in Lleida (Spain, Catalonia). It began its transformation with ®IFEELelMétodo in 2022, and since then, it has been awarded more than 15 times, receiving over 330 visits from care ecosystem entities throughout 2022-2023, solidifying itself as a reference care home at both national and international levels.
®IFEELelMétodo has been recognized as a European Good Practice by Senior Eco-Nect (SEN). SEN is a project funded by the EU 2023-2024 – Horizon Europe Programme.
This transformative care model methodology has been implemented in the management, structural area, and quality indicators of the Centre Geriàtric Lleida, now making it the perfect space to tackle challenges exclusively with professionals like you.
- Personalized Onboarding: From the moment of your arrival, you will immerse yourself in an integration process that includes an admission contract and confidentiality, ensuring a safe and respectful experience for everyone.
- Designed Coexistence: You will be assigned a living unit and a personal room, where you will live as one more member of the community, sharing spaces and moments with your ‘new peers’: the egrand age.
- Total Immersion: You will explore every corner of the carehome. Accompanied by professionals and the residents, you will discover the experience of self-determination promoted with the I FEEL methodology and the freedom of movement and choice that we encourage.
- Life Choices: You will discover that it’s not about promoting planned activities… You will engage in life choices if you wish, because it’s about respecting your life plan by choosing how you want to interact and contribute to the community.
- Reflection and Dialogue: At the end of the day, we will gather at the GranCowork (Senior Living Lab) to share impressions, discuss about real challenges, and move from words to actions.
